Hello!
I've compiled a few questions about combat mechanics that my tests haven't answered. It would be great to receive another post in the FAQ thread with comments, but I'd also be satisfied with an official response stating that "no other information will be provided, and players should conduct their own tests." diabla2 Maeve
Before we begin, I'd like to remind you that several players on the forum have expressed the need for a combat report. If its wolud be detailed enough, players can learn all the answers to their questions about various mechanics from it. If such a report isn't planned in the near future, it would be helpful for players to receive a notification from the administration about it.
Speed mechanics:
There are two pairs of enemies that stand in the same position (Vanguard/Rearguard) and have the same speed (Bloated Corpse/Bone giant and Bonewing/Wraith). I've seen several questions on the forum about which one attacks and who gets attacked first. In my battles, I assume that the left-most/lower-tier unit attacks and takes damage first, and this assumption almost always works as expected, but not in 100% of cases. Without a detailed combat report, I can't determine whether my assumption is incorrect, if I've made a mistake in my calculations, or if it's a bug. It would be great to receive clarification.
The next set of questions pertains to the passive abilities of player units and enemies.
Player units:
1. Does the passive ability of Tier 5 (Necromancer) provide a damage bonus to all my units, or only to the Necromancer itself? Does this bonus depend on the number of Tier 5 units in the group, or is it always equal to 10%? Since the description doesn't include the phrase "While this unit is alive," as is the case with the enemy T7 (Revenant), does the bonus persist after the death of my T5 group?
2. The aura of the T6 group (Gargoyle) provides a speed debuff. Does this debuff only affect the enemy groups that are attacking the Gargoyle, or does it affect all enemies that are attacking at least one unit? Does it affect all groups that are attacking, including my own? Can this debuff be applied to a group multiple times?
3. Does T7's ability to deal damage to all Rearguard units also can hit my units?
Enemy units:
1. How does T2's (Zombie) revival work? I've noticed that if the first attack kills all the zombies, the revived ones deal damage to my units in the same round. However, I'm unsure about what happens if not all the zombies are killed during the attack. Does a portion of the zombies revive, resulting in two groups of zombies, each capable of attacking and taking damage?
2. T3 (Undead cultist) - the 10% bonus does not depend on the number of this unit in the group, correct?
3. If T6 (Wraith) receives a bonus to damage, does this bonus disappear at the end of the round, or is it retained? If it is retained, is it applied additively or multiplicatively in the next round?
4. When T9 (Broodmother) survives, does it create exactly 10 spiders, or 10 for each surviving Broodmother? What type of unit are these spiders (Brute/Occult/Monstro), and what position do they occupy (Vanguard or Rearguard)?

Could you tell me what layers were used and the composition?

Many players have raised the need for a detailed combat report. Currently, after each battle, we can only see how many of our own units died. We have no information about the state of the enemy after the fight.
We would like to request the following, in order of priority:
• A detailed round-by-round combat report showing the attack order, damage dealt, and casualties on both sides.
• If a full report is not feasible, at minimum: the ability to see how many enemy units survived after each battle (e.g., "Enemy remaining: 5 Skeletons, 3 Zombies").
• The ability to review past battles — even a summary of previous encounters would help players identify patterns and learn from mistakes.
Without this information, it is extremely difficult to understand combat outcomes, identify what went wrong, or optimize army composition. Even a simple enemy survival summary would be a significant improvement.
If a battle report is not planned in the near future, we would appreciate an official statement from the administration so players can adjust their expectations accordingly.

Exactly, the perception is that the speed factor works differently than previously understood. Is that correct?

U can see the patern here, for now this type of combination carries me hard. Losing a little bit of r1 , mostly all of r2,r4,r5 and no casualties for r3. Tbh i don't know what's the thing, i just know this combinations doing the job for me on 2 servers...
