Good afternoon! I play on server 49 and encountered the fact that people play with a bot. Player *** plays with a bot and it feels like someone allows him to do this, maybe he allowed himself to play like this. I can't understand how long I should wait for an answer from your administration and how long he will play with the bot? I write requests to support, and they just ignore my messages, I can't wait for an answer for 3 weeks. Perhaps something happened to you, some problems and the person is not able to answer my messages. Perhaps he just does not know the answer, then another question - why is he sitting there and what is he doing there? I have been working as an operator for over 10 years and believe me, I know the rules of the game. Playing with a bot is prohibited - ban forever! And not for 2 weeks, as one game operator once answered me. Maybe you allowed yourself to play with a bot and cover up players who use a bot, then what is the point of such a game? Please sort this out as people are taking a long time to respond.

I'm having the same issue with a player on my Spanish server, "68" "x6." He's playing with a new bot that costs money. I've already reported it, but they're doing nothing. It's ridiculous that they allow this kind of thing and ruin the efforts of players who play fair and spend their money.

Thanks to this player, others benefit by stealing GOLD, which completely alters the dynamics of other players' stats and ruins the game entirely.

Good evening the same thing happens in the Greek servers 1+ year ago a guy using a bot got 440 lvl and all that happened was that he got a 3 day ban after months... as you can understand such penalties are laughable to say the least,

Their are so many Players that uses bot,GF dont mind it .They dont reacting one oder complains.

People are just reacting or the company is not interested in imposing a permanent ban on offenders... simply shameful.

Good evening I don't see enough response from others who play bitefight... because I can think of several suspicious scenarios about bot use and why company's don't impose more severe penalties... I will wait to see if there will be a response or even if more people will start to write in order to finally change something,

In gr there are players who continue whatever they are doing and I am amused when members of the team pop in forum and instantly disappear because they have nothing to respond.
By the way players are waiting an answer in support system about a month now

like for my example i did use it once i got banned forever without any chance of geting unbaned i did mistake ok i understand that
but whats diffrence me or someone else who use it
there is a lot of ppl what use bot and still dont get ban or just get for like 2 weeks and after that they play again with same sh1t all over again
i even gave the name of ppl who 1000000% used bot they gave me links and everything but nop they still play using bot and nothing happens

On the server I play on in Brazil, players receive warnings, and after that, gradually increasing bans—starting with 1 day, up to 31 days. I still don't know what happens after that.

Good morning I hope we have an official response from gameforce on this issue because it has become a joke to say the least to play with bots and no permanent ban.. And let me remind you for those who don't remember on the Greek servers there was a message before the boost event that said it would be 8 days and it turned out to be 7 days and they were selling illegal software and some people in 3+ days went up 200-300 lvl and all they did was give some funny 3 days penalties to whoever put it on for the first time to another player they gave 14 days... Just a shame on the company and those who cover such things

What is even worse, is the fact that no game operator or forum moderator is present or put up any thread since this thread was created.
As far as events go, I think everything is on hold until further notice.
The Vampires Event was supposed to be within the next few days, the once a year Easter event is nearing and I don't know when will the drought end.

What's up with the events?..there haven't been any for a week.
It appears that the event organizer is either on vacation or in hibernation. Looking at the event history, two more events were supposed to take place in the week before the Full Moon Blessing for Vampires. Everything is done to further annoy the gaming community.
