where is the moon?

Hi there,

On what community and server are you playing on?

Thanks for the quick reply.

The events are (unless specified otherwise) scheduled across all of the BiteFight communities so chances are the event failed to start.

We have forwarded the issue. As soon as we have any news about it we will let you all know.

Sorry for the troubles.

its a joke with ur players!

No, it has another name: Unexpected problem. Why on earth would we schedule things, announce them just to mess with our players? Come on people, let's calm down.

Please, as stated in our Forum Rules, use the proper language of the section you're posting on. This is the English section so stick to English (you may use Google Translator).

Thanks.

"Unexpected problem. "

It is not the first time, so this time, me and my friends were impacted,

We lose stones, we lose gold, and we risk losing the opening of the gates

i suggest you extend duration of event for 12 hours, the delay time is now 10 hours and still no event on s20.en, speed 202.en ...

Good Morning. Do you have any information about the event? I want to know how you can reverse my purchase of stones. I spent a lot for this event because of this news. I await contact.

And that makes it less of a problem that happened unexpectedly? No.

Good morning to everyone, are have any news about the Moon?

Sorry for the pressing, but i am admin in several clans, and i start to recive angry letters from my teammates...

Can someone from the team tell me, what to say at all the people which i was inform yesterday that "The Moon" is coming but in fact now there is no any event at all?

Will be hard day i see...is just a 6:30 EN server time and in total i have 62 incoming angry letters till that moment ,bad start of the day...bad start...

Please if there is any news let us know...that event is important for everyone who play, not few people have change the race for the moon,we must know what to do...

Sadly no. Most of the times if this happens during the weekend we have to wait till Monday because Gameforge employees are only around during office hours so we cannot do much other than wait.

I agree since this event was supposed to run for a whole day and it looks like it started around midday and that wasn't the plan. Worry not we will make sure to bring it up to discussion and hopefully we either get the event again or next 12 hours event is a 24 hours one like we did in the past

See my previous reply to Succubus. As of right now no, we don't have any news other than it seems to have started (at least according to some users) with the exception of servers on a different timezone (like BiteFight US) were chances are it will start around midday server time.

I'm not so sure if a refund can be done. Contact the support of your community and/or the Billing Support of Gameforge for such inquiries.

And was the problem solved quickly and with respect to users? no

And was a sealing reply given in the forum? Yes

^

And this thread is now closed. I don't feel like going on forever with replies here that nothing add to the situation.

The issue with the event was forwarded and we will talk with Gameforge about any kind of compensation. When/If we get any news about this we will share them with you all.

Regards,

Senakhtenre.

Dear community,

As a compensation for the event not running the full 24 hours as expected, we will be having the additional 12 hours of event today, from midday to midnight.

Thanks everyone for your patience and understanding and sorry for the troubles this may have caused.

Your BiteFight Team.
