Complain

    where I can write complain to game administrator?

    There are not answering to simple question. Also to question which I am asking here. There are just closing tickets.

  • If the question is about the game, ask it here, there are so many that can help you

    If this is something regarding a ban of some sort, only through the support system you can get answers

    Making complaints about the administration or bans is not tolerated in the forum

  • To my knowledge, complaints about administrators should be sent to the responsible GO or to Gameforge directly.

    From the overview page of your player, click on the support tap, it will take you directly to the support website, you have to register your account and then make the ticket regarding the problem you encountered.

    That is what I did before I asked here. I need another contact because they are closing such tickets without any answer (by any answer I do not mean that they answer something which is not anwer for me but I mean that they type nothing, just close ticket).

    Tag Mika or Maeve, Mika is the person with the highest authority, Maeve has been our link here in the forum with gameforge (she resolved a lot of issues regarding the game and forwarded other issues to the proper channels)

    The report has already been forwarded to the responsible team. If necessary, they will contact you. If you do not receive a reply, it means that your request has been dismissed.
