  • Old thread, but for the future reference I would say that mixed bag of everything isn't really good for pvp battles.

I don't know/don't remember anymore what exactly is available around your levels however from quick look:

    1. you have 2 pieces of equipment with -hit chance

Not enough to beat down hit chance from most of the opponents. If you play with -hit chance equipment your goal should be to beat their hit chance down to 25% or near that. Anything else is fail in most cases.

    2. you have 1 piece of equipment with +damage

We like to cause damage, but if you don't beat down hit chance of the opponents to 25% or close to that, this little extra damage won't help you much

    3. you have 3 pieces of war equipment

This will give you some little extra +hit chance which is good, but anything else will suffer.

Some war equipment with a lot of health is helpful in clan wars, but not so good in pvp.

    Conclusion:

You should know who your opponents are, if you're not sure read battle reports (!) to see what it went wrong and then adapt your equipment to beat them most. It's helpful to have some extra piece of equipment available to adapt attacks on individual players. There are two main routes:

    • -hit equipment to beat down opponents hit chance to 25% and win through that (you still need some damage and own +hit unless you're going full in with -hit/+damage only). This way of playing could be very effective except against opponents who have equipment to massively increase their own +hit chance.
If they manage to keep 100% hit chance despite of all your efforts with -hit chance equipment you're toasted.

I most cases you need something like 3 or 4 -hit chance pieces of equipment here. (that's not a rule but generalization to get some idea what I am talking about)

    • +damage ... a lot of damage combined with your own +hit chance (absolutely avoid some lonely -hit piece of equipment there as it won't do any good). That's more general route as there's no need to think much. Bigger damage than opponent's with enough hit chance to stay around 100% is guaranted win.
But if they beat your hit chance down to 25% you're toasted despite all the damage you cause, so like said it's not enough to outmatch opponent with the damage, you need to keep also 100% hit chance.

In most case you need something like 4 or 5 +damage pieces here. (that's not a rule but generalization to get some idea what I am talking about)
