Getting ban?

    I am posting here because it feels like a better place to ask than the Russian forum.


    I have a question about the game. I play on a Russian server, but the admins seem very unfair - they ban players whenever they want.

    Is there any way to report or escalate this? It looks like a small group of players (maybe around 10) are using multiple accounts and basically controlling the server - so they all are more or less friends. I was ranked #2 (now #3 after several bans), and since I am not part of their group, I feel I keep getting targeted lol.

    Skip the "Submit a Complaint" option in the support section and send a direct message to the game coordinator (your community manager). The order is: (Moderator, then General Moderator, then Game Manager, then Game Coordinator)
