Alpha / Elder Vampire or Werewolf

I see this new "titles" in front of someone's name, i first notice on my character, thin o look through the highscore and others have elder and their race and then name, or it can be alpha written there. Some don't have this .

Now the question is where did the extra title came from? and does it have something to do with the new Crimson Sanctum update?

    Complete Your Ascension

From level 50 onwards, you can leave your previous existence behind and complete your Ascension. This transforms you, depending on your race, into either an Elder Vampire or an Alpha Werewolf.

The transformation unlocks the Crimson Sanctum, a new region of power full of dark rituals, powerful minions, and ancient ruins. Here, focus is no longer on single combatants but on entire armies, strategic decisions, and long-term progress.

In short, those who don't have an extra title haven't started to play this new thingy yet.
