Items/gears

  • Some of the items at the Merchant stop at early levels while others don't

    As an example

    Weapons stop at 9140

    Helmets stop at 5110

    Armours stop at 5540

    Jewelries stop at 5385

    Gloves stop at 4660

    Boots stop at 4665

    Shields stop at 4635

At least be consistent at put all items up to level 9140

There are many players nowadays who reached over 5000 especially on fast servers and they need new items

They need something to look forward to

It is beneficial for Gameforge since buying these items means more Hellstones to be bought

A simple suggestion and I hope that someone in the administration would forward it to Gameforge

    Thanks

  • I want to Change all my Item Parts, but don‘t know if i go to only Skill or Mixed With Skill and Attributes each part. someone can help me here? I played only on mix all the time, but i want to see other opinion, maybe someone know it better.

    Example 1.

    Items with only Skill:

    Base Damage: +92

    Bonus Damage: +434

Or Items with Attributes and Skill‘s:

    Base Damage: +58

    Bonus Damage: +176

    -> Strength: +367 <-

    ———————————————

    Example 2.

    Items with only Skill:

    Base Damage: +92

    Bonus Damage: +432

Or Items with Attributes and Skill‘s:

    Base Damage: +120

    Bonus Damage: +241

    -> Strength: +151 <-

    Skill Tree its other side.

my question is only about Item Parts, how effectiv is more, the Skill or the Attributes on Item‘s Part‘s ?

Maybe have much more people who want ask but don‘t want tell the question, so i make the first step and the conversation is going other side furter and not only Event hehehe🙈

  • 1. Example one is easy. Attributes are heavily devalued. This is way more effective:

    Items with only Skill:

    Base Damage: +92

    Bonus Damage: +434

    2. Example two is a bit tricky, as the bonuses depend on both your and your opponent’s attributes.

(i.e., your Strength increases your bonus damage, and your opponent’s Endurance decreases your bonus damage)

    I would still go with...

    Items with only Skill:

    Base Damage: +92

    Bonus Damage: +432

  • In your second example, "Strength: +151" does absolutely nothing worth mentioning. The gain is marginal. What you should be looking at is damage +92/+434 versus damage +120/+241.

While base damage always works the same way, bonus damage, as mentioned above, depends on the difference between your and your opponent's attributes.

Without digging into formulas, my personal rule of thumb to make my life easier is roughly: 1x base = 2x bonus + a little extra. That's why I picked the first option. An extra 193 bonus damage gives me more than extra 28 base damage would.

I'm trying to dig up some of my old personal notes (I did some tests with various combinations) to back up what I am saying, but for the life of me, I can't find them.

  • Also, according to my knowledge, the bonus damage is slightly more than double the base damage. That's consistent with your statement, but what's interesting is that some items give parts, like only 615 defense attributes without skills, which, based on health points, add up to 300 per level. Or Weapon with 456 Strenght without skills only Attributes.

I don't know what other effect only attributes have on items? Hmm...

  • I don't know what other effect only attributes have on items? Hmm...

Again, from my old notes (I need to translate them into English instead of clicking on the grotto during the event :P)

    Strength:

→ Bonus damage (increases your own)

    Defence:

→ Bonus hit chance (reduces your opponent's)

    → Health

    Dexterity:

→ Bonus hit chance (increases your own)

    Endurance:

→ Bonus damage (reduces your opponent's)

    → Regeneration

    Charisma:

→ Bonus talent (boosts your own)

→ Bonus talent (reduces your opponent's if yours is higher - if I'm not mistaken, not 100% sure anymore)

  • That was a stupid question haha, I already know those values from the normal character attributes. 🙈 What matters to the normal character's attributes also matters to the items, logically 😅
