How come I can't buy Hellstones?

    I live in the United States and I have been trying to buy hellstones on and off with no success. for

    some time. I noticed there is a locked padlock above the purchase page. I hope it was nothing I did.

    I don't think you will be able to solve this via the forum. The best course of action would be to open a support ticket via https://bitefight.support.gameforge.com/ (select the "Payment" option) and explain your situation.

    Please note that the game account is separate from the ticketing system. If you don't have a support ticket account, you will need to register one.
