Maeve, can you discuss about it with gameforge developers?
From my point of view, it can happen on all servers. IP address is banned by a gameforge server for an unknown reason on particular server (s52, s53, ...). Hard to say whether it is permanent or temporarily. Someone can change IP address by resetting modem. Others cannot. What we can do with it? Contact support to clear that IP ban? or is there a better/faster solution?
