You must increase the opposing aspects without decreasing the ones you want to increase. Your aspects can't increase anymore because the opposing aspects have no more points that can be transferred. At the beginning you have 1000 points in each aspect (8000 total). For example, if you want to increase Nature, you must have points in the opposing aspect, which is Corruption. You can't increase Nature without having points in Corruption, there are no points that can be taken.
