hello, un joueur m'en a avisé en fin aprem et en ai pris connaissance qu'en rentrant du travail ce soir a 19h, j'ai de suite remonté le problème

In French server, we cant recruit any troops and cant click on any +1 or +10 for recruitment
We have bloods so all requierement is ok.So noone take care about french servers ?

You need to fill blood in manhunt

where can we found those fragment ?
I found only one on the Hard grotto, my mates told me the quest is fixed, but now I can found any fragment, I tried smth like 120 PA on Medium grotto,

That can be very usefull, but its an strategy too ?
If a clan is not better than another one, maybe it's them only one chance to beat them ? and made some activity on different period ?
Idk, its just my vision on this.
