As i hit level 210 i am starting to wonder, which way is better to go: hit chance or pure damage.
I am thinking that the hit chance it`s a bit of "randomness" so i though that damage is better?

What do you guys consider?

Gear that i`m thinking to use: Atropus + Enzephalor + Jaga + Brenfriaz + Khult + Relva + Effenil
