I do believe this means more missions to accept not to actually finish. So you can take 4 missions in 1 go before having to pay any extra hellstone to accept more.
This does not mean for the completing of the mission but rather the actual mission accepting itself.
If I'm being honest, there is no really active active server, servers are active when they make new ones but they die out after a month or 2 if you're lucky

I think the lack of silence to your thread and any response from a mod shows that they know as much as we do.

I hit the 2000 level crew not long ago myself and just recently went out the battle range of the guy who is second on my server. Wasn't really hard when he has been inactive the past month or so so i find myself in a similar position to yourself Advocate.
I have goals in my head what I want to work to regardless of not being able to attack. Maybe I will aim for level 2500 by the end of this year which is highly unlikely but it gives me something to work towards. For some reason I want to play for the highest level account on the EN side of the game. I will take an awful long time but again these are things I am working towards as it will keep me occupied for a while until they decide to give us higher players something to do if they do.

There was actually a merge several years ago, the problem honestly isn't the lack of players, they open new servers and it will be active and then die after a bit. Only 2-10 people will be actually active on the server. Then they release another server and its the same process again. They need to breathe more life into the older servers.
The great hunt was a great example of it and the game got it right so full praise to them, but it's one of those things where instead of making new servers they should for sure focus on the older ones. I would happily lose my rank 1 spot if it meant being able to attack people again and give me motivation more to climb the leader boards again.

Puchfest are pretty random in who gets attacked, you get hit or you don't thats how it works. I generally realise the weaker are picked off first. Best do normal clan wars then.
Most active server at the moment is defo s30 at the moment. S32 is too.
