it's all good now, thank you

Would it be possible to install the fix on DE Server 57 as well?

We ran it on:

de_57, fr_52, pl_60, sk_25, En48, Es64

It should work now.
if not... please be patient until tomorrow morning till we instal more permanent fix.

Hi Maeve... Are the developers going to fix the bug that deletes Ω objects from Ancient Ruins when multiple objects have the same name?

That also ruins the gameplay experience.

This happens when you receive two Items with the same name and image (even if they have different levels, better or worse stats, and not equal generated IDs). If you "Discard" one of them—usually the weaker one, obviously—both are deleted from your Inventory. The same scenario occurs trying to sell one of them through the Market system.. I think that's basically it; there isn't much else to explain.. By the way, displayed gold "value" for these becomes the same for both Items. It takes this issue in the Inventory and on the Market in these cases (even though the levels are high different—like 300 vs. 8,000).

The error describe by Mythons happen to me ...

If you get 2 items with the same name, if you delete any the other disappear as well.

I even use the support channel to report the bug

Same happend today on German Server s57. A friend of mine bought a Vandolori II from merchant. Today found a Vandolori II Ω (Level 150) at the ruins.

Deleting Vandolori II Ω makes the item from merchant disappear.

What will GF do to rectify this loss? The equipment costs real money, too.

I would suggest that the developers create a checkbox for the received items, so that we can check the ones we don't want to discard by mistake.

Open your account Settings > Confirmation Settings tab.

Then mark "Ask for confirmation when discarding Items".
