The Vampires and Ware wolves Event stopped

  • The event that was scheduled to last for 3 days stopped at 38 hours only

    Please do something

Administrators, and Moderators can you please talk to gameforge to fix it

  • All the extra AP saved up got lost. No reason to thank anyone. The GF uses every opportunity to annoy the players.

What happened can't be explained by a technical error, but rather by a human error. That doesn't change the consequences or make things any better.

  • i understand, by now is the only information i have. Anyway I have contacted someone from GF and i hope he can provide further explanations later.

  • Hello

I was also affected by the disappearance of the event when I had over 360 AP and was about to use them, and when the event disappeared, they became 186/186. Like me, many fellow players in different clans and servers in my country have been affected by the same thing. The disruption and discomfort caused is significant, and the main complaint I'm hearing from them is how the game will compensate for this loss of AP. Unfortunately, the vast majority don't have an account on the forum, and therefore, if the game administrators only pay attention to the participation in this thread created with the complaint, they won't be able to get a true sense of the discomfort and harm caused to the entire community by this matter. Therefore, I ask those responsible for the game to assess the facts beyond the responses made in this thread, because, as I said, it doesn't reflect the damage and frustration caused by this technical/human failure to a multitude of players from all countries and communities.

    Best regards.

  • Hello again.

I just wanted to add to what was previously mentioned: aside from the aforementioned disappearance of the event, after the event was reinstated, there have been issues on some servers with certain aspects of the game, such as the gold and experience provided by the graveyard and the generation of more health than the event itself should have originally intended. These bugs/errors were fixed at 00:00 server time.

Mika, I imagine these types of situations and others that may have occurred have also been reported by players through ticket support. This will allow the staff to compile a more concise account of all the issues. Once these are known, we can address them and, as far as possible, prevent them from happening again in the future. Thank you for your time and supervision.

    Best regards.

  • Thank you for reporting this.
This was technical error and we couldn't avoid it.

Event stopped working at 14:41h and was "fixed" (restarted) around 16:00h.

The moment we noticed, we were already on it.

    I'm sorry for lost AP.

No race was favored in this event and I believe everyone (unfortunatelly) lost equaly.

As you may have noticed, we are really working hard (team especially) not to have any unhappy players.
Full Moon and New Moon are integrated into one Event and are running simulteaneouly,
Also, apart from this 1,5h long issue, we didn't have any errors and are continuling to improve our game.

Furthermore, we are collecting list of all the bugs, no matter how small they are and will fix them very soon.

By listening your suggestions from other topics on this forum, we will try to implement some new features ingame. And by new features I do NOT mean on aesthetic features, but actually make small changes, that I'm sure players will love. Because they were collected on this forum and suggested by you - players.

Once again, I'm sorry for inconvenience.

    Best regards,

    Mika

About this, I did not get any reports.
Same two Events that we have for the last XY years were activated - as always.
There shouldn't have been any changes from any other time we actvated Full/New Moon events.

Please, can you send info about it to diabla2 or mag.psmtr or any of your Admins over Direct Forum Message, with full report.

We will check what (if anything did) went wrong.

    Thank you

  • Good evening Mika sorry for abusing this post... wanted to ask if you or GF will finally do something for those who use bot??

  • Human hunt is a waste of missions for high levels

It is absolutely useless and takes space for a lot of missions

If you must put it for lower levels, please minimize it

We spend so much on refreshing the missions because of it

Total waste of energy points, time, and hell stones

    Thank you

  • Dear all, even if it seems opportune to ask these questions because Mika wrote here, this isn't the right place for them. Mika is surely aware of your points as well.

  • Sorry for calling you a second time Mika, but I wanted to thank you for your response and attention regarding the issue of the event disappearing for a few hours. I know your time is precious, and therefore, I will not call you again.

Regarding the errors I mentioned previously, I have sent tickets reporting them to support in my country, so they can be recorded. I understand that they cannot be classified as bugs, since they were isolated errors on just one of the three servers I play, and that they also lasted about 8 hours and were then removed at midnight. However, I think it's good that isolated errors and issues can be reported to the programmers, since they arise due to a series of circumstances and conditions; they will never appear again unless those circumstances occur again. That's why they are difficult to detect, because in a normal game play, they will never appear. If a programmer knows that a certain error occurred during a given situation, it will be easier for them to find the source of the issue. If it's due to some kind of conflict in the codes implemented during events, for example, they could find it and fix it.

Since I don't spend much time on the forum, I finally wanted to thank you for trying to improve the game experience for all the users who continue to enjoy it. I understand that it's difficult, if not impossible, to please and satisfy all the requests you receive, because some are impossible to fulfill, but the effort to keep the community happy is there. Thank you.

    Best regards.
