Hello im just curious how many days/weeks need to game operators or who to read message and answer it on my ticket? Its been 3 days now still didnt get answer

Usually, tickets take about 48 hours per level to get a response. However, if there aren’t enough operators available, it might take longer since there’s no one to handle those levels.
That said, your inquiry won’t be left unanswered, if no one else is available, the community manager will step in as a last resort to make sure your ticket gets taken care of

Thank you for making this community better and answer.
I've wrote ticket(i'm from Bulgarian server). Macal banned my hero Annihalted from s36 in Bulgaria.
Everytime i write to him he says that he will get to another "higher ranking", and closes my ticket.
It's been 6 months since this hero is banned under false claims with 0 proof. Please do something so i can enjoy the game.
Sorry for writing here, but otherwise i risk it again to be faded.

He buy this acc and when admins got that he got banned and now cry . Next time. Just don’t brake the rules and everything will be fine
