As you know, this is not the place to forward your inquiries about a banned account. We kindly suggest to our users to submit a ticket if you consider so. If you are not able to get into the support system is because you also got banned on this platform due to abusing the support.

Let me clarify some things about bans: Our team won't block your account unless you bot, hack or do anything against the rules. When a ban is applied it's because it's proven. Of course, you can ask for more info to the team but you must respect their hierarchy. TM / COMA decisions are not something to discuss about and if you abuse, you cannot be helped anymore.
